Below are answers to commonly asked questions about our services and products:

Q: What type of products do you buy?

A: Our main focus is raw materials in scrap form, but we will buy any liquidation or surplus inventory anywhere in the world if the price is right.

Q: What type of products do you sell?

A: We mainly sell raw materials in scrap form, particularly aluminum, lead, and steel, but we also sell apparel, consumer electronics, and other consumer products from time to time depending on the type of deals we come across. If you don't see a product listed on our website, please email or call us with your request. Just because we don't have it now, does not mean we do not have the ability to source it for you.

Q: What is your payment method for purchases?

A: If it is a domestic purchase, we do a simple background check to make sure the vendor and product for sale are both legitimate, and we just send a bank wire. If it is an item where there may be a point of contention (i.e. weight), we will wire a deposit upfront, and the balance of the purchase price once the product is received and inspected.

Q: What are accepted forms of payment for the products you sell?

A: If it is domestic, we only accept wire transfers. If you are located in South Florida, and have a verifiable business address, we accept COD. If it is international, we do accept letters of credit, but prefer wire transfers.

Q: Are you a broker, trader, or distributor?

A: Although we do all of the above, we are primarily traders. We only broker upon request for items we do not own. All of the products listed for sale on our website is available for inspection by any and all verified, legitimate buyers, at one of our warehouses in the U.S.

Q: Do you work with brokers?

A: We STRONGLY prefer to deal with individuals who actually own the items they are marketing, or who actually have the ability to purchase the products we currently have for sale. Please do not contact us if you are marketing someone else's product without their knowledge.
